We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
The products must have been purchased directly from www.korthgroup.com. If you purchase your product from a retail store, please contact them directly for assistance.
Our return policy is valid for 10 days from delivery of your order. If more than 10 days have passed, we may not be able to offer a refund.
To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure the item is unopened, in the same condition you received it, and still in its original packaging.
Some items can’t be returned due to safety, legal, or customization reasons. These include:
- Final Sale
- Firearms
- Ammunition
- Crossbows
- Arrows
- Gunpowder, primers, reloading lead/brass, and bullets
- Mouth calls
- Liquid or gel product
- Books or DVDs
- Freight quoted product (extra large shipments, skid, or crate)
- Custom or special-order products (this includes any items that are engraved in a personalized way). These products are considered final sale and may be still covered under the manufacturer’s warranties.
If you're returning apparel or accessories, we kindly ask that they be in new, unworn condition. That means no scuffs, scratches, stains, tears, odors, or pet hair.
If you need to return an item, we're happy to guide you through the process. To help us serve you better, we do require a Return Authorization Number (RA#) before any return can be accepted. You can request an RA# by simply filling out a request form under your account profile.
We kindly ask that you do not send your item back to the manufacturer, as that may delay the return process.
