As well as being the Importer/Distributor for Leupold Products in Canada, Korth Group is the contact for Leupold Product Warranty, Service & Technical Information across Canada.

We pride ourselves in providing accurate information and prompt, excellent service to all of our Korth Group Leupold Customers in Canada. If you have any concerns regarding your Leupold Products, refer to our FAQ's or contact 1-800-LEUPOLD to find out if the problem can be resolved. If you require further assistance our service technician is available Monday to Friday to answer all of your questions. Send your request by email to: warranty@korthgroup.com.

In many cases the issue can be resolved without sending the product to our Repair Facility in Canada. Our Service Technician can provide helpful and knowledgeable information and respond to any issues or questions you may have regarding your Leupold Product.

Follow these steps when sending your Product in for Service:

  1. Fill out a Leupold Optics Warranty form and send it to warranty@korthgroup.com.
  2. Remove rings, covers, and any other accessories.
  3. Record Serial Number & Model of Product for safekeeping.
  4. Include a printed copy of your filled Leupold Optics Warranty form with your shipment.
  5. If available, use the original package to ship your product.
  6. Ship Product via Canada Post and obtain a tracking number for your reference.
  7. Our Service Technician will contact you for payment information if required.
  8. Send us your product to:

Leupold’s stated/advertised warranty on electronic products is for 2 years from the date of purchase.

We are limited to what we are able to repair on electronic items at our facility, however, should your unit be within the warranty period, please find our address below for shipping.

Follow these steps when sending your Product in for Service:

  1. Fill out a Leupold Rangefinder/Electronics Warranty form and send it to warranty@korthgroup.com.
  2. Include a printed copy of your filled Leupold Rangefinder/Electronics Warranty form with your shipment.
  3. If you purchased the unit within the 2-year period, please include your proof of purchase when you send us the rangefinder.
  4. Ship Product via Canada Post and obtain a tracking number for your reference.
  5. Send us your product to:

If the product is outside of the 2 years, we can offer a comparable unit at a reduced price. We would still be required to obtain the old unit, prior to sending the new one.

Canada Post is typically the most often used source for shipping/mailing; however, you may choose any Courier of your choice.  Reminder to keep a copy of your Tracking Number for your own records.

Contact Gravel Agency, as they are the authorized service center for Sturm, Ruger & Co., Inc.

To send a firearm for service, dealers and customers must first obtain a return authorization number (RA).

To obtain a RA number, complete the Firearms warranty repair form found on Gravel’s website and return to csr@gravelagency.com  or fax to (418) 682-3343.

An RA number will then be sent by email with further instructions. This number must be written on the outside of the box for reception and on all correspondence concerning the firearm.
